If you are paleo, primal, or just overall health conscious, eating at a restaurant can be a stressful event. In this episode, Joe and Amber share valuable food hacks to apply while you are eating at a questionable restaurant. They also explain why you should be avoiding certain restaurant foods at all costs.

Whether it’s attending a family member’s high school graduation dinner or a business lunch with colleagues, chances are that you will end up at a questionable restaurant at some point in your life. If you are anything like I used to be, you probably do everything in your power to avoid these situations. Unfortunately, avoiding those situations can result in you missing out on some big opportunities. It wasn’t until I learned some simple restaurant hacks that I was morally able to eat at a restaurant that I wasn’t 100 percent comfortable with. Don’t get me wrong, there are still some restaurants that I won’t step foot in, but my options have vastly expanded. Understanding how to apply these hacks can give you the freedom to enjoy the food you are eating without feeling guilt or suffering major health consequences.
